WHAT WILL THIS PROJECT CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY?
Alongside 23 premium homes, we will deliver new public parkland dedicated to council. This green space will improve the local amenity, enhance the streetscape, and provide long-term benefit to the community. ​
WILL THERE BE DISRUPTIONS TO LOCAL TRAFFIC ACCESS?
There may be minor traffic impacts during certain phases of construction, such as deliveries or road works. Traffic management plans will be in place to minimise disruption and maintain safe access for residents. Local residents and businesses will be notified ahead of time.
WHAT CIVIL WORKS ARE HAPPENING ON SITE?
The proposed civil works include clearing of the site, earthworks road construction, stormwater and sewer infrastructure and utility connections. These works lay the foundation for the future homes and ensure essential services are in place.
WILL THE DEVELOPMENT INCREASE NOISE IN THE AREA?
There will be some construction noise during approved work hours, especially in the early stages. We're working to minimise disruption where possible, and all activity will follow council noise regulations.
WHAT ARE THE WORK HOURS ON SITE?
Standard construction hours are Monday - Saturday, from 6:30am to 6:30pm, in line with council guidelines. There will be no work on Sundays or public holidays unless previously approved. ​​
HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
The project will be delivered in stages over the next 18-24 months. Civil works come first, followed by the construction of the homes. Timelines may shift slightly depending on weather and approvals, but we'll keep the community updated along the way.
